Like what if she really doesn't give a fuck, or what if she doesn't care as much as I thought she would. Like call me sadistic but I hope this hurts her as much as it hurts me.

Yeah, that's never worked out so great for me >_> <_<

No, this person has not been a fantastic friend, and manipulating people with threats of suicide is a classic abuser technique.

The point I was trying to make is... she'll cope or not, however she chooses to cope, and right now that isn't your problem. You are your problem... eh... that sounded harsh, but it wasn't meant to be. Take all the time you need to get away from her problems and issues, but more importantly, emotionally dis-entangle yourself from her. That's what this time out should be for. Get on your feet, learn how to stand for yourself and be true to the fella you stare at in the mirror while you brush your teeth every night.

And then, they will be weaponized. Like everything in this game, from kittens to babies, everything is a potential device of murder.
So if baseless speculation is all we have, we might as well treat it like fact.

I am getting the feeling the whole "drop her out of your life like a hot rock" thing isn't working terribly well.

And, it seems to me at least, that regardless of how she's treating you or how you feel your own emotional needs are being neglected, you're still unable to stop thinking about this peron.  However, at least in the present, she is unattainable for you.

Therefore, I can only recommend what works for me anymore: escapism.

An engrossing book (or ten), a lengthy and interesting manga series (or ten), an immersive video game (or ten), and/or a good stiff alcoholic drink (or five; don't overdo it).  The last item on the list can be combined with any other item on the list, and it is my personal recommendation to do so.

Failing that, there's always the (usually) less than stellar options of:
1) Suicide
2) Resigning yourself to being miserable
3) Figuring out how to emotionally manipulate her back
4) Did I mention escapism?

Just Calc I, I was never given a proper math education in highschool, so my Aunt who is the head of her math department at her highschool is teaching me all the Calculus that I need to catch myself up as much as possible so I'm not trudging through the basics to get to the meat of my degree, but I'll probably still need a solid 4 semesters of calculus

Calculus is the best.  I fucking love calculus.  You get to do limits and derivations and once you get the rhythm, it's really soothing.

And soon, you'll get to some really beautiful theorems, too.  Stuff that seems impossible, but will show you something new.  It's going to be great.

No dude I understand, me and my aunt were sitting there going over Calculus and she's all excited and then she explains another idea to me and I'm like 'Thats super fucking cool.', to which she responds 'I KNOW!'
