Whats up with this? i got two bronze collosus in late fall, and another now in early spring. i have a large area around my for entrance channeled off, with the entrance cage trapped. I now have three collosuses, all of which will be for the moment in an arena to get rid of extra gobbos. So why have i suddenly gotten flooded by megabeasts? and also, anyone got some fun stuff to do with them? other then triple teaming gobbos

I'm certain, with a bit of a sadistic streak, that you can conceive many more 'interesting' ways to use your new collosi.

Kill two of them, carve an alcove on each side of your entrance, and put the bronze statues there. Should make for an impressive fort entrance...

hmm well ill try some stuff when i get some time. Vacation next week  . so far, all i have found out is that a collosus throws a goblin about 6 squares on average. the goblin never gets up again either.

How do you get megabeasts?  I've never seen one nor a siege?  Or are they both triggered by having an unplayable frame rate?

I'm not sure about megabeasts but I'm positive that sieges can happen with less population.

I just got 2 colossi in about 4 months.  Both in cages; one is in a cage in a pit.  Somehow, my tax collector got stuck in the pit, too.  Not going to complain overmuch about that.  Anyrate.  Who do you think would win in a fight?  Bronze Colossus or Tax Collector?

Place your bets, gentlemen.
