Bam. Bam. Bam. You hear someone beating on metal in the distance, in answer you roll over and try to drift back to sleep but another series of bams ring in your ears and you wake up fully to the sound of a woman yelling.

"Get up Smith you lazy ass! If I have to get Samus down here to open this door your days gonna ..."

You cut the woman off as you stand up and press the open symbol to your door, will a dull whir the door slides open to show you your friend Lilian standing just outside looking like a thunderhead. Her fire red hair a disorderly mess with a few black smudges marring her otherwise beautiful face, standing about a foot shorter then you she makes an impressive display of staring holes into your chest with her dark blue eyes. Giving off a big harrumph she turns away from you and starts walking away as she talks over her shoulder,

"Cain is pulling the ship up to the mining station as we speak, hurry up and get ready to meet the station's authorities, and explain what we're doing with a ship that looks like its rammed its way through an asteroid."

With that she's gone, and you turn to gather the few articles you'll need. The first thing you do is pick up your gun belt and clip it into place around your waist checking to make sure your gun is still in place before hurrying around picking up your wallet, your ship permits, and a few other odds and ends. As you finish getting all the small stuff you open your wardrobe to stare at the three outfits inside, trying to decide which to wear.

A casual red shirt with some light embroidery fit enough for your average Captain, there is nothing special about it other then the fact that its a fairly comfortable fit. Quite the thing to wear if you wanna give people the idea your a rather down to earth fellow.

A plate lined brown shirt that makes you seem a bit bigger then you actually are while giving you a fair amount of defense against any  blades or small arms fire you might encounter. Of course while protecting you it'll most likely give people the feeling your hiding something.

or

A well made Captain's jacket and linen shirt, while not providing protection or the most comfort it'll help you come of as a more established captain alongside a more well to do, and experienced person. Usually worn for special occasions this might come in handy if you want to live a lasting impression, or help sway something in the way of a deal.

Casual shirt with captains jacket because yay comfort

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

The ship should be called.... the SS Waffen. Also, wear the casual shirt.

Casual red shirt for now. Leave the Captain's jacket.

As for the ship, call it the Starship Mutiny or the SS Transient.

It's a salvage ship, so its name is The Lazarus.

Tugging on the red shirt you quickly make your way out of the room, the door to your room locking back into its place with a low click, strolling through the open corridors you try to ignore the various scorch marks, gashes, and holes that seem so prevalent even here in the middle of the ship. Within minutes you arrive in the small chamber of the ship that is the docking clamp port, the airlocks locked tight with three people gathered in the room itself besides you. Lilian gives you a small glare then turns to stare at the airlocks, beside her stands Cain who bears the look of someone who has seen far to little light and gravity through his life.

Standing about a half a foot taller then you is the last person in the chamber, a big brute of a man who you all nicknamed Granite for the way he stands his ground like a mountain of the most solid stone. His face and arms bear the scars of many battles, most of which were gained in short term of service in the UM's Drop Troop Corps (UM DTC) after which he deserted, faking his death in a faked drop accident. Granite and Cain both give you a nod, and Cain looks on the verge of speaking but the sound of the docking clamp sealing in place throws all thoughts of friendly conversation out the window.

A loud hiss fills the room as a sudden wave of air rushes out, the signal of the pneumatic locks releasing followed by a series of dull thuds as the magnetic locks release shortly after. Sliding open to let a rush of cold air flow into the ship you see a group of five people crossing the sealed bridge between the ship and the station, four of them clearly armed and the fifth carrying a large book of some kind in his hand. Within moments the four armed men file out, two to either side of the room, and the fifth comes to stand before you. Looking over you with an appraising eye the short man clears his throat and gives a small smile, a look of approval perhaps, before talking,

"Welcome to the mining station Gladius VIII, I am Renaldo Walker and I am one of those who oversees the operations, and well being of this station. While I welcome you here to trade, buy, and enjoy your time here I warn you at the slightest hint of trouble we will not hesitate to confiscate your ship and put you on trial. Good now, it seems your ship is heavily damaged so I assume you want us to repair it? If so I can have the men start immediately, besides that is there anything else you might want to trade for Mr. ... ?"

If the salvaging license and ship permit have our name on it, then we are "Smith. Captain." Lets not tell them too much.

If not, we are "Roberts. Captain Jon Roberts."

Also, whats with the book?

ask about any work Salvaging stuff, then look around at the stores.
keep a look out for hull breaching tools and some armoured space suits, as we have a salvaging license and we are after "tools" so we can just buy them, where as weapons may have rules around there sale.
my plan is to sneak up to a ship, make a large hole to depressureize it, this will kill or hinder any crew and we can storm the ship tru said holes.

how bad is the damage , will it cost much to get the ship space worthy?

do we have any weapons other than the pistol?
