Blah blah blah blah please let me have the avatar I want blah blah blah.
Objective, the "Finalized Petitions" section, down near the bottom, is intended for you. i haven't been rolling dice but so far all four look like they're auto-approved.

Summary: Create avatar, a mind-controlling sword of darkness that instakill all creatures.
Create my avatar. A black sword which seems to suck in light from around it, it can speak telepathically to those that approach it but does not have any way of moving itself. Any creature that takes the sword will be under the sword's control until it is separated from them, the creature will not willingly give up the sword and would rather take their own life than let it be taken from them. Any creature cut by the blade will disintegrate

Summary: Create avatar, I want my avatar to be a highly limited shapechanger, with single-element elemental manipulation, limited information, and an integrated respawn mechanic that resets it upon death but saves me having to petition for a new avatar every time.
Has three forms, one of a local animal (human?), one of another animal (does not have to be local), one a hybrid of the two.
physically is a mildly above-average instance of its current species in each of its forms. mentally it is moderately above-average for the species of the most intelligent of the forms.
the avatar always appears as the same creature each time it changes to a particular form. it can be recognized just like any other being and cannot use this shapechanging ability to appear as someone else. (although a disguise could work, just like it would for anyone else)
transitions between forms takes two seconds to perform, and distract the avatar from doing anything else during the transition.
transitions must have at least 60 seconds between changes.
transitions do not require transitioning through the hybrid form, can go between each of the forms directly.
excess matter from a transition to a smaller form is dissipated as the element the avatar is associated with (by volume), changing into a bigger form requires an amount (by volume) of the element associated with the avatar roughly equal to the gain in size.
damage taken in one form stays with the avatar upon changing forms unless the body part damaged has no equivalent in the new form.
damage to a body part that has no equivalent in the new form does not heal while in that form, and will remain when changing back into a form that has such an equivalent.
ages at the rate of the slowest aging of its forms.
if its current form is incapable of speech, is capable to speaking directly to another creature's mind if within 10 ft. this communication is words only, and is 1-way. the creature spoken too has to reply through normal means.
requires the same basic needs as another instance of its current species, changes in form retain its current state of sustanance proportionally. (starving in one form is starving in another, but a small form doesn't need to eat as much, and changing to a big form from a small one doesn't automatically make it starving.)
is able to manipulate one of the classical elements (water, fire, earth, air) or a common derivative of them (ice, lightning, wood, etc) within 500ft of the avatar's current position.
can only generate a 1-foot sphere of the element, and can only do that up to 5 times within any 24-hour period.
cannot make the element cease to exist, can however reposition it such that it will logically cease to exist when it is no longer being manipulated. (if associated with fire, can put out a burning building by moving the fire into the sky where it has no fuel and then releasing control of it, but cannot put the fire out directly.)
cannot manipulate microscopic amounts of the element (if water, water vapor in the air doesn't count).
cannot manipulate instances of the element within the body of a living creature (if water, water in blood doesn't count, neither do electrical signals in the brain if lightning associated, etc).
does not have a maximum limit on the amount of the element manipulated, but stops being able to manipulate any instances of the element that leave the 500ft radius of the avatar.
cannot be directly harmed by the element, but can be harmed indirectly. (if associated with fire, the fire wont burn the avatar, but the avatar could still be suffocated if the fire consumes all the oxygen in the area.)
the avatar is not omniscient, and does not have access to all the information we do.
upon spawning or respawning, the avatar does know:
its own identity and abilities, in full detail.
the functionality of physics, time, chemistry, the petition system, the physical properties of creatures, locations of planets, the appearance of other avatars, etc. at the level of an expert on the subject
where it is, and everything around it within a 1 mile radius, at the level of a local.
however the above list of information is not updated as changes occur.
the avatar is innately aware of any time it is referred to by name, and the vague circumstances under which it is being spoken of, within a 200 mile radius. it can hear the conversation itself if it is within 10 miles. it must be actually spoken of for this to trigger, if the avatar is named "and" it will not know every time people say "and" in normal conversation, only when "and" is being used to refer to the avatar. the name of the avatar is fixed upon spawning or respawning, and changing its name or using a different one as its name does not count for the purposes of this ability. Deities (because they can be anywhere they want) can choose to be inside these radii or not at any given time. (i will assume you are not normally, but are if you start talking to the avatar directly, and are whichever you want if you state a position specifically)
other than the above, the avatar is limited to the information it acquires over the course of its actions.
the avatar can be affected by mind-affecting effects similarly to other creatures of its current form. (meaning it can be mind-controlled by the mind-control-sword Kansa wants).
the avatar can be killed just like any other creature, does not require special weapons or other such things (yes, this means it can get sick too, or starve to death, or whatever).
when the avatar is killed, it respawns 24 hours later at a minimum of 50 miles away from where it died last, as an adolescent, and in its hybrid form.
upon death, the avatar is effectively reset. it loses all memories, mind-control effects, physical changes, etc. nothing carries over, it simply spawns a new avatar using the same spawn rules.
it is asleep for the first hour after spawning or respawning, no matter what occurs to it during this hour (the time is used to handle the massive data dump it gets upon spawning).
upon respawning the avatar's forms (and their appearances), element, and name, are all re-chosen, and can be the same or different.

All deities involved in the petition may modify the petition at will. once a majority of deities involved Put up for Vote a matching version of the petition, it is returned to the petition Queue and voted on as normal.
The Gaiaweapons operate at full power even if not all together, unless specified otherwise on the Gaiaweapon description.
Make the Ten Gaiaweapons of the First. These weapons are only to be used by the Legendary Champions of the Deities of that time, and only together, to defeat that which will doom all of the Universe. The ten weapons are:
1. The Raptoract, Gaiaweapon of Sir Dahrnosauwr. It is a four-dimensional cube, with engravings of feathers lining its every surface. Its use warps space-time itself so that it can launch feather-winged beasts of almighty power in every trajectory that will hit its foes. It is impossible to dodge.
2. The Staff of life, This Staff has the capability to completely destroys a planet's ecosystem and atmosphere but at the same time be able to rejuvenate a planet's atmosphere and ecosystem no matter the conditions, However if this artifact is misused it will disappear from the wearer and appear some where else.
What misuse means is constant destruction of different planets' atmospheres and ecosystems or constant creation of atmospheres and ecosystems of different planets. There must be a balance between creation and destruction.
3. The Genesis Alembic, A small cube, about six inches across. The cube is made of a tangle of glass pipes, flasks, and other things. Within the assembly, a variety of liquids bubble and seethe. The entire construction is encased in dark polished volcanic glass. The glass glows blue where touched.
The Genesis Alembic has two powers. First, it can create any liquid, as long as the user has the proper skill to use the Alembic and has seen the liquid unfiltered (No cases, pictures, etc. It has to be in person, in naked air). Secondly, a true master of the Alembic can use it to bend time and space, as long as the location wished has been seen in person by the user.
It can be used as a powerful weapon, but it requires skill to use, and it is very complicated.
4. The Dirk of Teleportation, allows the user to teleport to anywhere in sight, up to and including a different planet if one uses it with ambition.
5. The Ebony Ring, this simple, unadorned ring of ebony has a three very simple, but potent, powers. first, it cannot be destroyed (although it can be hidden), second, the ring prevents any outside mental influence on the wearer, including from deities, third, the wearer, as long as they are not an avatar of a deity, and are self aware, becomes aware of the currently active Petition, and may vote on Petitions with the same level of voice as a deity.
It is noteworthy that this ring does not grant the awareness of the universe that a deity has, nor any of the other ancillary powers deities have, including the ability to start Petitions, and awareness of the Petitions in the queue. it simply gives the ability to vote on whatever the current Petition is.
6. The Shaping Gauntlet, a gauntlet of a plain, blank metal. The wearer can reshape it into any form desired. This is usually used to make weapons, but it can be quite potent and versatile with the wearer's intent and creativity.
7.The dancing whip, a bright red whip of changing length. It is capable of doing impossible movement to do what the wielder want like hit a guy through a forest without hitting a tree in between. It also sap the strength of those it hit and/or wrap around and give to the wielder with wrapping allowing more of a drain, however this only happen if the wielder will it to do so.
It is always looking for a wielder so it will disappear from storage and appear in, let say, a farm hand's hand when s/he get attack by some bandits.

- Lenglon: make a shared world connected to any personalized domains we may or may not have.
make a earth-like habitable planet, orbiting a stable yellow star at a safe distance, populated with large amounts of non-sentient flora and fauna and suchlike appropriate to the terrain throughout the planet. at the top of one of the tallest mountains on the planet, far above the treeline and beyond where wildlife normally travels, there is a ring of upright disks. passing through one of these disks transports whatever came through to the personal domain of one of the deities, where their will is instantly effective, and return trips can be made by passing back through a matching disk on the destination planet. if a deity has multiple domains, their disk will only connect to one of them, but the deity can change which one it connects to at any time. if a deity does not have a domain, or wishes to keep their domain separated, the disk to their domain becomes dormant. active disks have glowing inscriptions on them, initially stating the name of the deity who owns the domain associated with it in all known languages and glowing green, but the deity associated with it can change what it says, including what language(s) it is in as well as the color of the glowing text, at will. inactive/dormant ones appear to simply be unusually durable stone disks.
this petition does not include the creation of deities domains, the disks are there to handle if they come to exist through some other petition
- GreatWyrmGold: Allow slight alteration to personal moons without petitions
Any player may make slight alterations to their moons, such as islands, seas, or species, without making a petition. These alterations may not affect anything off-moon.
- Remuthra: Create 6 sentient creatures called Monoliths.
Create a race of sentient beings on the surface of the moon. These creatures stand twelve to sixteen feet tall and two to six feet wide and have the appearance of large stone obelisks with a single large eye in the upper center of the construction. Its skin, including that of the eyelid, is made of igneous stone. The eye is about eight inches wide, with a black pupil, blue-tinged white surface, and a rough-textured iris of the color of the stone. At the base of the monument the creature is swathed in a tangle of black tentacles. The tentacles are covered in black scales, and are rough and dry. The creature's eye can project a cone of blue light that allows it to manipulate matter and energy within it. The effect reaches out 25 feet. Monoliths communicate telepathically. They are made of solid stone with compartments carved in it. These internal compartments contain an assortment of mechanisms which serve to keep it alive and working properly. Monoliths gain nutrients by extracting them from the ground around them. This is accomplished by burrowing the tentacles into the ground, where they then anchor the creature and leach minerals from the planet's crust, which are used to maintain the creature. Monolith's move at 75% of human walking speed. They live in nomadic groups of 7-12 individuals. Monoliths are very intelligent. They act and think slowly and methodically, often pondering on questions for years straight. Monoliths do not sleep. They live for 3 to 4 millenia on average. They are active during the morning and evening, when the temperatures are not so extreme. During extreme conditions, they close their eye and root themselves, then wait out the circumstances. They weigh, on average, 50 to 150 tons. They are calm and ponderously inventive.
Monoliths reproduce using a long ritual. They have no gender, and reproduction starts when two members begin the ritual. They gather and store large quantities of minerals, and begin assembling these using their eyes into the form of a new adult Monolith. The new member of the species is made genetically different through the whims of the creators, who each help to form it in the image that strikes their fancy. The process takes several centuries. Monoliths use surplus minerals to grow and strengthen themselves, and continue growing throughout their lives. When a Monolith dies, its internal systems shut down, and it becomes a lifeless heap of rock which is eroded away by the high winds.
- jaass: Avatar
The Preserver
-Ability to gather the essence(DNA) of a being without killing it in order to preserve it.
-If it is sentient it can also gathers its' culture and knowledge.
-Has the ability to influence that planet's weather and atmosphere. (example cause hurricanes/earthquakes)
-Can create and manipulate the biosphere
-Can create and manipulate life.
-it can turn ethereal
-the ability to move about like other deities
My avatar is a skinny humanoid who has bright red eyes with no mouth, and has only two small holes where the nose and ears are suppose to be. For skin it has a sleek black carapace, with tentacles that are constantly moving which are coming out of its back.
- kj1225: Create vegetation, lake, and atmosphere on personal moon
On my moon vegetation mainly shrub-like bushes that hold edible berries and trees with sweet tasting edible leaves and white with red center flowers appear. Give it atmosphere, and several lakes of various size. Also give it non-sentient colorful mammals.
- jaass: Create race
Seekers
They have no unifying form preferring to appear as different variety of objects or beings. The reason behind this is that they are ethereal beings that are capable of manipulating energy at a small scale. They can reproduce by either asexual or sexual reproduction. Asexual reproduction happens when a individual becomes bloated with too much energy causing the individual to literally separate itself in half. Sexual reproduction happens with two or more individuals contribute some of their energy to create another identity.
Note: Both types of reproductions create a separate identities from the original(s).
Culture:
They are a friendly race that prefer not to reveal themselves from the beings they study unless these beings are aware of their existence. They refer to my avatar as the adviser.
They have four main tenets:
1. Preserve life plus sentient cultures and knowledge .
2. Spread life throughout the galaxy unless life already exist somewhere they want to seed, it is the best to move on then.
3. Help my avatar catalog these knowledge and cultures.
4. Report any new races to me.
The Seekers are just ethereal beings of energy that are capable to interact physically with others. So it is kind of hard to have a unifying description when you have no physical body to start off with.
- Lenglon: Lenglon's Moon Customization + spawning of many species, including one sentient one.
i want to make my moon have a molten core and a thick outer shell. it is too small to retain a breathable atmosphere outside this shell, however inside this barrier, which is mostly intact but contains some cracks and holes, it has a very, very vast cavern network that spans the entire moon interior. this network goes quite deep into the moon itself, and contains a breathable atmosphere and a surprising amount of life.
this cavern network is mostly barren near the outer section, where it is freezing cold and the air is thinner, there is little of the glowing lichen from deeper inside, and it is very dark. the few creatures that live in this area are displaced animals from deeper below, going into this frozen wasteland out of desperation and with nowhere else to go. there is little plant-matter to consume here, only the most hardy of lichens can withstand the intense cold and thin air. the area does contain one large predator of note however, for it is home to a race of Giant Cave Spiders. these creatures act as ambush predators, sitting perfectly still in the darkest of tunnels for long periods of time, waiting for prey to unwittingly walk into their strong webs in the darkness before injecting them with their poison. this is the area i plan on having my disk from the shared world petition connect to.
as you go deeper into the moon's caverns, it grows warmer and the lichen on the walls often have the faintest of glows to them. making this area into a world of twilight and shadows. here you are more likely to encounter small roaming predators looking for lichen-feeders to prey upon, small cats and suchlike, however there is still a very significant risk of the spiders coming down from above to eat. potential prey have a much better chance of avoiding the spiders in this area. there is some light to see by, and their webs become coated with dirt and the bodies of tiny creatures too small to eat much faster. despite this, the odds of surviving the spiders is still quite low.
going deeper still gets you to a somewhat vibrant area, where the glowing lichen almost universally makes the area visible. this is the home of the primary large herbavores of the moon, a slug-like species that feeds on the lichen coating the walls, celing, and floor. these slug-creatures are highly territorial, and will attack trespassers with a pair of tentacle-like appendices, each of which have a acid nodule near the tip that is used both to loosen the most stubborn of lichen, and to protect itself from predators. these slugs can be found in all areas of the caverns as a result of their terratorial natures, forcing each other to spread out, but they are most prevalent here, relatively deep in the caverns, where the air is thick and gently warm, and the food plentiful. the giant spiders do not like going this deep, they are too easy to spot and the air is too warm for them.
if you continue deeper still, magma pools begin to pockmark the area, and small geysers and hot springs are everywhere. the air is quite hot and humid, and every imaginable surface is absolutely covered in plant life. including some giant fungi that will sometimes extend from the ceiling to the floor, and block some paths. at these deepest depths the most noteworthy creature would have to be the area's multi-tailed red foxes, for their rarity in any of the biomes, even this one, their unusually long lifespan (800-1200 years unless sickness or a larger predator cuts their life short), and the exotic nature of their tails, which seem to split into one additional full-size every fifty years, and are unusually durable for no discernible reason.
this is as deep as most creatures can explore in the caverns, eventually all the tunnels and caves dead end into a magma pool or boiling hot spring. in reality however the tunnel network continues farther down for quite a distance, but is flooded with molten magma, and eventually coeleses into one giant spherical magma pool outside of the true center of the moon's core. these magma tunnels should be devoid of life, and this is mostly true, however there is one noteworthy exception. there is a very long-lived (8000+ years) species of very large (80-120ft long) Wyrm that lives in these magma pools, and are the only sentient life on the moon at this time. they feed off of the warmth and nutrients in the magma itself, and are essentially impervious to damage, having adapted to living in magma itself. These Wyrms only show themselves to sate their curiosity about the world above, and cannot leave their home of molten rock for long, they generally will starve if they stay out beyond three days, and grow weak (relatively) before the end of the second. there are very few of these, only 6 at the time of this writing, and consider themselves the moon's guardians. their population is essentially constant, reproducing only to ensure their presence continues, but they arn't threatened by any form of predator or disease in their natural, molten, home.
please add to my moon customization petition a small (pop-15) tribe of humans at the middle depth (below twilight, above hot springs). they are new arrivals, have not acomplished anything yet, and are at stone-age level tech. the ecosystem around them has not yet adapted to their presence, and they have not explored the area around them, nor adapted at all to the region yet.
- GreatWyrmGold: An avatar will be created for GreatWyrmGold.
- GreatWyrmGold: Add a smaller continent to the south of the main continent, covered in ice, rocks, and lichens.
- Remuthra: Compound Moon Petition
Step 1: Create a ball of solid granite. Step 2: Liquify the entire moon. Then resolidify. Step 3: Launch Meteor Swarm. Step 4: Place it in an exotic orbit such that it never sees the lighted side of the planet, and is constantly in the planet's penumbra. Step 5: Create an invisible ecosystem mirroring the ecosystem of the planet on the moon, which relies on a reaction to produce heat by causing microscopic accelerated entropy. This causes a flash of red light as a byproduct, which can be seen from the planet if it is large enough. (Organisms have internally synchronized flashes.)

Discussion Notes
GWG is restless, and wants to get on with the main gameplay.
