Commentary:GWG's petition is still not decided, unless he wants to turn it into a committee. I've added rules for avatar/hero interaction and deity-slaying in the Hero thread. Tell me where you want to place your Deityheart. It is a free action. Until you do so, they will be floating in space and will be easy pickings, providing there is a Champion, an Artifact, and space travel technology, which there isn't. Yet.
And yes, the first artifact needs to be created from petition, unless you guys finish the gaiaweapon petition, then you can use them, too.
And scapheap's heart will not be placed yet since his mutatio petition haven't passed yet.

Summary: Place my heart on Unnamed Earth-twin which also should be called humus.
It shall be deep in a under ground jungle cave, guarded by a shapeshifting race called mutatios.
Capable of changing to anything as long as they stay the same weight(e.g. if they go huge, they will be very light.) Friendly, but dangerous if anger, like say trying to find the heart of their god.

Summary: Create a portal on my moon that leads to a plane outside all others. This plane is actually just an ever expanding maze full of monsters that get more intelligent and mutated as you go in. If someone gets to the center of the maze they are teleported out with everything they have on their person. Guarding the gate to the maze dimension are a race of sentient being called Kitsunes. Any non-sentient beings that go through the portal appears in a spot in the maze depending on it's power level.
Kitsunes are a race of sentient fox-like beings that have minor shape shifting and pyrokinetic abilities. They constantly make artifacts that they just throw in the portal. They are omnivores that prefer vegetables to meat.
Note: Since the "artifacts" bit was written before the Generic Artifact update, let me clarify that these artifacts cannot be used to kill a deityheart

Summary: Create afterlife for Remuthra's worshiper
This is an endless plain covered in soot and ash. The area is uncomfortably warm to a human. The clouds are black as smoke, and the sky rains flaming meteors. Dotting the landscape are ruined temples to various faiths. These are occupied by legions of deformed shades of various species, which are hostile to any except for fellow occupiers of that temple. Instead of speaking, they babble nonsense. They war constantly with other temples. Wandering the landscape are quadrapedal forms made from various pieces of cast-off objects. They have four leg-like appendages sprouting from their torso and two "arms" sprouting from their "heads". Wherever they go, a piercing keen emanates. They wander the landscape, ignoring anything that stays out of their way. In the center of the land, there is a giant pillar of magma rising into the sky. Dead worshippers do not need to eat, drink, or sleep. At the edges of this mass, three hundred miles in diameter, there lies a ring of twenty foot high arches of obsidian, filled with shrouds of fire. Beyond the arches is a ring of portals, which will lead to my other afterlife.

This plane that exists just out of reach of most non deitys is a never ending beach that is always comfortable and the water is always the beings favorite temperature. Next to the beach is a town that has everything the being would want. This plane is open to all deitys as a place of relaxment, any fights that may result of two being will result in the offenders being teleported to the nearest sun.

All deities involved in the petition may modify the petition at will. once a majority of deities involved Put up for Vote a matching version of the petition, it is returned to the petition Queue and voted on as normal.
The Gaiaweapons operate at full power even if not all together, unless specified otherwise on the Gaiaweapon description.
Make the Ten Gaiaweapons of the First. These weapons are only to be used by the Legendary Champions of the Deities of that time, and only together, to defeat that which will doom all of the Universe. The ten weapons are:
1. The Raptoract, Gaiaweapon of Sir Dahrnosauwr. It is a four-dimensional cube, with engravings of feathers lining its every surface. Its use warps space-time itself so that it can launch feather-winged beasts of almighty power in every trajectory that will hit its foes. It is impossible to dodge.
2. The Staff of life, This Staff has the capability to completely destroys a planet's ecosystem and atmosphere but at the same time be able to rejuvenate a planet's atmosphere and ecosystem no matter the conditions, However if this artifact is misused it will disappear from the wearer and appear some where else.
What misuse means is constant destruction of different planets' atmospheres and ecosystems or constant creation of atmospheres and ecosystems of different planets. There must be a balance between creation and destruction.
3. The Genesis Alembic, A small cube, about six inches across. The cube is made of a tangle of glass pipes, flasks, and other things. Within the assembly, a variety of liquids bubble and seethe. The entire construction is encased in dark polished volcanic glass. The glass glows blue where touched.
The Genesis Alembic has two powers. First, it can create any liquid, as long as the user has the proper skill to use the Alembic and has seen the liquid unfiltered (No cases, pictures, etc. It has to be in person, in naked air). Secondly, a true master of the Alembic can use it to bend time and space, as long as the location wished has been seen in person by the user.
It can be used as a powerful weapon, but it requires skill to use, and it is very complicated.
4. The Dirk of Teleportation, allows the user to teleport to anywhere in sight, up to and including a different planet if one uses it with ambition.
5. The Ebony Ring, this simple, unadorned ring of ebony has a three very simple, but potent, powers. first, it cannot be destroyed (although it can be hidden), second, the ring prevents any outside mental influence on the wearer, including from deities, third, the wearer, as long as they are not an avatar of a deity, and are self aware, becomes aware of the currently active Petition, and may vote on Petitions with the same level of voice as a deity.
It is noteworthy that this ring does not grant the awareness of the universe that a deity has, nor any of the other ancillary powers deities have, including the ability to start Petitions, and awareness of the Petitions in the queue. it simply gives the ability to vote on whatever the current Petition is.
6. The Shaping Gauntlet, a gauntlet of a plain, blank metal. The wearer can reshape it into any form desired. This is usually used to make weapons, but it can be quite potent and versatile with the wearer's intent and creativity.
7.The dancing whip, a bright red whip of changing length. It is capable of doing impossible movement to do what the wielder want like hit a guy through a forest without hitting a tree in between. It also sap the strength of those it hit and/or wrap around and give to the wielder with wrapping allowing more of a drain, however this only happen if the wielder will it to do so.
It is always looking for a wielder so it will disappear from storage and appear in, let say, a farm hand's hand when s/he get attack by some bandits.

Also I find it a bit ironic that kj1225's petition that inspired Remuthra's afterlife failed while Remuthra's succeeded.
