with "r" I can remove gloves, boots, hoods... But weapon doesn't show up in the menu...

Drop the equipped weapon (if you don't have any equipped, skip this step) by pressing "e". Then press "r" and pick the weapon you want to equip.

Actually, you press 'd' to drop the item in your hand, then 'r' and select the weapon in your backpack you want to wield. Or pick one up off the ground if your weapon hand is now free.

It's not that hard, when you're using one language on 3 forums, skype, in PS3 messages, and then you switch to an english forum. Sometimes I try to talk in english to my friends, so yeah...
