Okay I put in point buys to make it fair, but screw it, roll your stats.  4d6 keep the highest and the lowest die roll for each stat. use this

Yes, I was originally working on a 5 per stat basis, probably should of been an 7 per stat trend to be more realistic.  Oh well, you can get 12's this way, even if it is impossible.

edit- cybernetics is based on subskills, they are basically for creating cybernetics, which isn't really fleshed out, but it could let you make more specific prostheses/bionics or such later in the game.

One problem with your sheet, your rifle skill is currently 24, can't be higher then 20, since you need some room for failure.

I believe you have a 1 in 1296 chance of getting a 12. It seemed to me the average for stats was about a 6.5.

In any case, this gives it a more D&D-esque feel.
