As of an hour ago animation day started, with that said since it's so early some music certainly isn't out of the question. Think of it as a transitionary period. I'll leave it to you all on how to play it from here. We'll see how this works out and whatever sticks sticks.

EDIT: Seems to be going well! Please feel free to play music if you prefer, it's not a hard rule. With that said I'm thinking animation only on fridays as a hard rule as people do tend to use the room as background noise and animations can be distracting.

Animation day is (seven minutes away from being) over! Seemed to go over not terribly so we'll see how it goes in the future. IF anyone is still showing animations try to tone em down until next friday.

This is quite a nice site, and I'm really enjoying the music that people put up. Certainly is very different from what I normally listen to. :)

Idea: Album stream.

Once a week we stream a full album voted on by us here, and discuss/appreciate. Thoughts?

What about a time machine kind of deal. We pick a year and play music just from that year. Or go by years from a set date, each new song being from the following year or something.

Yeah, this happened. The 20s and 30s were apparently more productive than I thought, music wise.
