Let's start this out with explaining it, Plug.DJ is basically a chatroom and DJ table in one. If you're in the room, you can line up a playlist (using youtube or soundcloud or iTunes, although I've heard the iTunes option is broken), hit the "DJ" button and it will play your music when your turn comes up, in the order your playlist is set up in. You can also rate up or rate down music you like or dislike, this gets you points for new avatars (entirely cosmetic as you'd imagine). Naturally I took the liberty to set up a B12 room. It's at the bottom of the post in big letters.

With that said there are a few kinks, sometimes the room bugs out, if it happens just refresh. If you refresh during your turn it'll keep playing your music (I THINK), so just hit that F5 key. If videos appear as "undefined" on youtube or your playlist or whatever, type /cleanup into the chat and it'll fix it. Probably. There's also no shuffle button so make sure to have more then like four or five songs on your playlist if you can help it. Moderator powers do exist so kindly don't get too cranky if someone's playing something you don't like if you can help it!

If the majority of votes are meh's (downvotes) it will automatically skip the song. Don't be afraid to DO THIS, if nobody is enjoying the song it may as well just hurry out, just be aware that this is what happens.

As a side note, feel free to bring in people you know that aren't B12ers if you so desire.

If someone is having a one sided conversation with someone you can't hear, refresh. YOU WILL NOT LOSE YOUR PLACE IN LINE OR TURN IF YOU REFRESH DURING YOUR SONG.

If no music is playing and you see a visualizer with triangles and a lot of red/pink, refresh. YOU WILL NOT LOSE YOUR PLACE IN LINE OR TURN IF YOU REFRESH DURING YOUR SONG.

If all of your videos are undefined, type /cleanup into the chat.

If you see a bunch of "undefined" videos on your lists, go to the chat and type in "/cleanup" (sans quotes of course). Then refresh and they'll be defined again.

This seems to be an exact clone of this other thing we had a Bay 12 room for a while back (except that one didn't have a video option, I guess?). Interest dwindled pretty quickly and it died after 2-3 weeks.

Hooray for this kicking off! Everybody jump in, even if you don't want to DJ, it's probably the most varied playlist you'll ever get a hold of.

Yeah this is a great thing. I introduced this to Seriyu through Haven and Hearth, and he made this thread. Really cool way to see other peoples music.
