This is an idea I've had to make a game to influence the It is Night game (now day). 

Several factions vie for power in the city.  You are part of one of them.  Your goal is to win the city.

Vampires ~ These creatures are immortal undead and must feed on blood everyday to survive.  They are the fastest of all the races, but must sleep in the day.  They may spend blood points for an extra action.  Vampires may not act in the day unless on certain drugs or magic.

Were-creatures ~ These creatures are stuck in half form of animals.  Specify the animal in the description. 

Vampire Hunters ~ These normal humans indiscriminately hunt the undead with various weapons, occult and mundane. 

Ghouls ~ These creatures are the slowest and toughest of all the undead.  They need not sleep, but must consume rotten food to survive.  They spread by biting. 

Succubi ~ Normally very solitary, when one succubi is threatened, many flock to their aid.  They are demons who possess mind control to a certain extant.  They must feed once a month on humans.  They have alternate transformations, to be defined in description.  An example would be wings.  Another example would be sword arms.   A third example would be a fish tail. 

Mages ~ These groups have the ability to make potions of mana.  When consumed, they allow the mage to do various feats of magic.  These potions are very addictive, and if not consumed regularly, the mage go insane and force a willpower check.

1=critical failure (you ran into SMG guy  )
2=great failure, (you are hopelessly lost in the city, must roll to get bearings for next action)
3=failure (you did not find a suitable target
4=success, (you found your target)
5=great success, (you are now full of blood)
6=critical success, (whoops you killed your victim)

Actions are divided into turns.  Three actions per turn. 
If you do not post within 24 hours of my previous post, you are assumed to be using your action to get food or money to buy food or sleeping.

Searching for the enemy and finding them will interrupt any actions given.  It will cause a fight to occur, which will prompt me to pm the two parties for whether they fight or flee. 
Combat works on a skill check vs skill check rolls.  For example, if

He has a set of wings which he keeps concealed beneath his long black coat that look as if they are covered in black feathers, very similar to that of an angel.
Despite this he is extremely handsome to women and has taken to feeding on them rather then men for that fact as well as for his deep seated desire to breed.

Description: In the city of night where supernatural overrules the natural, it is not normal to find that whatever firstly inhabited the place works to purge whatelse may lurk in the shadows.

Humankind, the lifeblood of the earth. Donovan was only a measly farmer beforehand, adept with the plow and pitchfork, a cattle raiser and an agriculturist and also an apprentice to the local smith in his free time. Close friends with the local clergy and any other man or woman who came to his house for aid, he was a stern and hardworking man of the fields - producing crops aplenty with his knack in the arable land.

In time, the darkness grew. Rumors of death and famine ravaged the land, spreading by heresay and rumor. The village was soon visited by a vagabond band of soldiers - no doubt from the mercenary companies strewn across the region, and instead of being pillaged (as was the idea of the time then), were armed and trained to fight whatever was plaguing the land. Taking any able man to the fight, after months they were ready. The village was left safe in the hands of its leaders, and exhausted of most of its workforce -- turned into levied fighters.

Donovan, took on the role of a traveling smith, carrying his own set of customized knives. Swords and such were too much of a fancy to be taken by mere villagers, and it was then his first trials as a hunter came to be.

Description: As if immortality wasn't heady enough, Lenard got addicted to mana potions "not too recently". He's really an all around addict to everything you can name; if he's not high by the time he clocks out for the day, he's not going to be a happy camper the next day; nor is he ever, really. He's almost skeletal-y thin, but his skin is loose and hangs off him like rolls of fat, a lot of it piling in the bowl between his hip bones. He's got shocking long white hair going every-which-way, mostly down around his stomach. His very bloodshot eyes bulge and twitch out of his head, which you can pretty much see his skull through. His lips are blood red, though, despite his skin being whiter than even the palest of other vampires.
His voice is simultaneously a high pitched whine and a deep rumble that comes from his lungs not working in sync anymore, and one being half sized and the other overinflated. He's paranoid to antisocial extremes. He hallucinates on a regular basis and takes nonsensical actions frequently as a result. He also keeps stashes of drugs in his skin folds.
He was last seen squatting in an abandoned and partially burnt out apartment building.

Vampires are corpses that are fixed to the point of their death.  They do not get the effects of mana,  that requires life.  You are really jittery though, due to the potion.

Sorry, someone Pmed me asking about this too.  It would be good for you to know.  Description determines starting position.  I can veto if someone posts something unfair, like a vampire Mage Cthulhu ghoul werewolf who somehow became president of US.  Obviously, mages can become vampires, but vampires cannot become mages.  I'm reading everyone's post one at a time and responding one at a time. 

Edit: Since you are a human, you need to eat.  Having a meal is a free action, but if you don't have enough money, you cannot eat.  It would help if you had a job, but you don't according to your post. 
The vampire might want a home, so would the werelizard.  People might be a little freaked out that there is a corpse out on the street without any pulse.  People would be freaked out at seeing a lizard man too.  You might want a hiding spot too.  Don't worry, I'll start at night.

I'm a little discombobulated, posting at work is always fun.  My boss keeping his eye out for people like me.  Luckily he does not care too much as long as we get stuff done, so I can post brief posts.  Just not hour long ones like this one.  I partly blame that for snarkiness, but then again, how do you detect snarkiness on the Internet? Either way no snarkiness was meant, I just meant I found you answer. 

As for the half-baked opening post, I could have probably added a little bit more information, but it was pretty late.  By pretty late, I mean forces beyond my control willed me to bed.  I did not sleep well.  Migraines, me having an awake nightmare about the traffic around my bed. Completely unrelated to the traffic in DC.  Anyways, I felt like I was going to throw up.  I'm fine now though. I don't even remember what the awake nightmare was about nor do I feel sick in the slightest.

OK, that works.  And here I was hoping to be a super-fast lich. So a mage can become a vampire, though? I'm assuming the vampirization would cause the potions to stop having effects, and drive the newly vamped mage mad quite quick. So getting a vamp addicted to blue drink works better. And I still get to play a stoner vampire anyways. 

Updated my post to remove the mage bit, and to give him a place to stay... sort of.
