The five of you enter a medium-size room with a long table covered with food and drink and some couches to sit on. A man, black hair, grey eyes wearing black shorts and a green turtleneck jumper with a black jacket with something that look like a space invader repeated along the arms and shoulders on top, sit at the opposing side of the table. Next to him is a brown haired and blue eyed woman in a striped black color business suit.

The man speaks up "Welcome, I am Naoki Kashima and this lovey lady is Tamaki Uchida. Please take a seat."

Hastu sat, lounging back in the seat slightly. What else was there to do? And then he waited for Mr Kashima to continue.

Maria joined him, reading her small novel.

Nico sat down on one of the couches, watching Mr. Kashima interestedly.

"Good day, not to seem uncivil but I'm fairly certain everybody's not here because of stellar grades, so please tell us why we're really here?
Kyle says while sitting down away from everyone else. He pulled out his phone to see if the local news had something interesting to say.

As the group sat down, Kashima continued "Now I know some of you are wondering why we sponsored you lot. I mean Longslade a very good school and some of you don't have the best record."

He take a sip of his tea as Miss Uchida takes over "The reason is that the world is at war. Not those small uprisings in third world country and the foes are not humans."

The edges of hastu's mouth turned up slightly as he turned and winked at Maria.
'And I take it we have some key inescapable role in stopping said non-humans? That's how these things usually work right?'

"Let me guess, for some reason, we're now part of some initiative to stop what? Aliens? Is it aliens? Mole People? The Living Dead?"
Somewhere, a part of his mind just cried out in excitement, just because of this idea.

'Zombies? Now that would be really noticeable. I think if someone started running around trying to eat brains even the government wouldn't be able to stop that leaking. I'm going with some sort of aliens. or a giant prank, of course.'

Kyle continues to look through the local news. "That's nice, could you hurry up? I need to go pick-up my computer.

"Why did you pick a bunch of teenagers anwyay? We're not precisely soldier material."

Kashima smiled "Normally no. Paragon is a group of demon summoners and hunters who take care of the dangerous demons, me and Miss Uchida are summoners."

Said woman added "Not to mention Mr Kashima is a demon himself."

Kashima give Tamaki an unamused look with golden eyes? "Ruined my fun why don't you." His blinked and show grey eyes once more "However new beings have turn up that our methods are rather weak at destroying."

Maria, to her eternal credit, remained calm.

"And what would a bunch of teenagers be able to do against these?"

"I think I read something about teens having greater spiritual presence."
Kyle frowns at his phone as there is nothing of interest in the news.

[OREOSOME]

"Well... this is strange. Let me guess: theres something you've found in us that could help in this war of yours. And considering what you've said about paragon having demon summoners... We can do that, can't we."
