There is no point for a clown-less world for you if the world doesn't exist to begin with.

REMOVE SWORDS FROM CLOWN, TIE CLOWN UP AND RITUALLY SACRIFICE TO AZATHOTH

The nearest shrine to Azathoth is about a months' walk.

Magically give him a new face.

You remove the sword and gives him a new face. He continue to gibber again.
Asshat.

Ask him nicely to die in a fire.

He doesn't seem to hear you.

Dig a really deep hole, throw him in it and fill up rest of the hole. With magma.

You don't feel like killing your FPS. The Clown doesn't have any fat, and therefore he won't burn.

EAT HIM.

You summon your demon chef, but before you could say anything the Clown ate the demon, somehow.

beat him with a big stick.

Engaging the Clown in close-combat is a really, really bad idea.
