I'd like to do a nuzlocke with this thing but it's freaking impossible when it can't find it's own config folder. Is there something I need to do, or is a Windows 7 64bit machine just fucked?

THis is really pissing me off because the file is right in front of me and it won't work.

So they had an internal config one. It dosen't edit the game I want it to because every useful option is greyed out. If someone could LEGALLY run SoulSilver through the wringer (I'll PM you the settings I'd use) and get me like four or five preset files and send them to me (Not the ROM, I don't need it, I think. Just the Soul Silver (U), I think.) you'd be doing me a real favor.
