"Yo, giant me! Wanna destroy stuff together?"

Talk to the giant version of me. Then go find a planet of uronium, plutomium, some other nuclear material. Then find a planet made of chemical X. Merge them all together and see what happens.

"Sugar, Spice, and everything nice + some chemical X makes noseless, fingerless, and toeless super powered little girls. I now wander what happens when you combine planet sized nuclear material together with a planet amount of chemical X! Should be fun!"

Search for a medical planet to get my face back. If I fail to get my face back, find painkillers and eat them.

Use mastery of all magic to call upon the art of the muscle wizard. Punch ground and make it explode. All of it.

Focus on the shabby iron planetoid and heat it up to its melting point.
An awareness of some sort stirs within the tree, focusing upon the iron sphere!
(5)
With a gradual application of pyrokinesis, the tree, with sheer force of will, heats the sphere up! And up! AND UP! It goes cherrr red to yellow to white hot, and eventually the sheer force of the tree's will is too much for the puny planet - it melts into molten metal! Due to gravity, it stays as a sphere, but whatever.
Irving has melted the Shabby Iron Planet! It is now Molten Iron!

Calm down and regenerate.
(3)
"Okay, man, just calm down. I - I mean, I know I'm just a head right now, but I can get out of this!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I CAN GET OUT OF THIS! HHHHHHNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGG
(4)
With sheer willpower, Sam's bones regenerate! Pulling calcium out of the aether, he knits them together into the unique sturcture comprising the human skeleton, demonstrating astounding telekenisis!
Of course he still has no flesh.
(3)
However, he's beginning to feel the sting of oxygen deprivation - without lungs to give him air, he's dying!
Sam is now a Skeleton with a Flesh Head!
He has 2 turns before he dies of oxygen deprivation.

(6)
"Truth be told I'd rather eat you, add your power ot mine and dstroy stuff that way. So let's do that."
(2 vs 1)
He then proceeds to extend a protuberance of some glowing radioactive material and weakly slap Superblast across the face!
"Huh. I thought I hit harder than that."
Superblast is engaged in mortal combat with his bigger self! *bwobwobwobwobwo*

SPIN AND CRASH DIRECTLY INTO MIXTURE
The horrific head being slowly consumed by cancer attempts to save itself by immersing itself in a radioactive mixture!
Radiation totally doesn't cause cancer.
(3)
By belching, it's able to get some way across space, but not much. About half a foot.
Too bad the mixture never got created.
(6)
Fortunately, the cancer isn't spreading! In fact, it's detached from him entirely.
Uh oh. It's growing.
Slowpoke doesn't really do anything! His cancer detaches from his head and begins to grow unpleasantly.

If this is still accepting:
Character Description: Looks like a monkey you guess
Backstory (optional): A monkey granted sapience. Likes limes.
First Action: Serach for a lime planet.
Oh, what's this? A sort of humanoid primate thing appears out of nowhere! It's eyes twitch. It's nose itches. It is seized by an unassailable hunger - LIMES. MUST HAVE LIIIIMES!
(6)
It looks right next to him - and oh joy! A Lime Planet! It's a gigantic lime!
It also appears to be heading toward him quite fast. Better avoid that.
Borno has found the Lime Planet! He has 2 turns before impact.

See if I can make life.
The great dragon, dissatisfied with the empty state of the cosmos, attempts to create life so that he can finally interact with something!
(5)(3)
He creates, purely by sheer will, a dragonlet! However, due to the scarcity of materials, he had to create it out of gravel.
It looks rather flimsy for a dragon.
GWG has created a Flimsy Gravel Dragon!

Land somewhere where there's a gap between the spike and begin mining
The guy, seemingly eager to get out of his goddamned box, attempt to land on the spiky diamond planet!
(1)
Oh ow that looks very painful ow
Furtuka has impaled himself on the Spiky Diamond Planet! He has a turn before dying of being impaled on a diamond mountain.

Search for a medical planet to get my face back. If I fail to get my face back, find painkillers and eat them.
CAPTAIN CANADA, eager to get his face back so that his billions of fans would be able to look at his manly visage once again, goes looking for a hospital!
(3)
He finds a random hospital floating in space. However, it's made out of stone, grungy, dilapidated, and from the Middle Ages. Perfect!
(6)
The surgeon chuckles when the question is put to him. "Yes indeed, I can get you a new face. It will hurt, but a face it is.
...
Wait, what is that? Is that a -
OH GOD
NOOOOOOOOO
...Several hours later
Captain Canada admires himself in the mirror! His manly visage is back, albiet as metal now. And sure, it'll make him look suspiciously like a G.I. Joe villain, and it hurt a crapton, but it was worth it!
CC has discovered the Medival Hospital In Space!
He now looks like Destro.

Use mastery of all magic to call upon the art of the muscle wizard. Punch ground and make it explode. All of it.
The wizard, surrounded by numerous plants bearing poisons too unpleasant to imagine, with thorns razor-sharp and vines disturbingly mobile, grins. He rolls up his sleeves.
(2)
The wizard, bolstered by years of training in the arts of Punchery, and countless more applying it to faces, leaps in the air and rockets to the ground!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
And nothing happens. Derm lands in a heap, and the plants look to be getting ready to take advantage of this vulnerability.
Derm tries to explode the planet using Musclemancy! He fails.

Continue to not exist in an existing kind of way.
The thing that doesn't exist tries to paradox itself into existence!
(5)
It pops in as a cheerful dog head with a paw poking out of it in the void of space!
Also, it's composed of antimatter. Better not touch anything.
Anailater is a dog head with a paw! It is composed of Antimatter.

((Eh, he does get blind eventually. Apparently.))

Wert. See If I can't find some kind of planet made of Hospitals so I can get Lazer eye surgery. Or something. But maybe change pants first.
The grey dude thing tries to find his way to a hospital!
(5)
And what luck! A Hospital Planet! But can they fix his eyes? And his pants?
(2)
'I'm sorry sir, but we don't accept feces as currency."
Grey Guy has found the Hospital Planet!
Still blind. Changed pants, though.
