That is what this mod needs.

Also, what rings are you going to include? Just the Nazgul's rings, or are you going to include the seven Dwarven rings, the three Elven rings, and the One Ring? If you include the One Ring, I must request you make it possible to use it to become Sauron version 2.0. Or find a volcano and throw it in, whichever.

OMRTA - Beta3
- included dfhack v3.
- included companion order (Ctrl-C) and advfort (Ctrl-X) in adventure mode.
- disabled playing as orcs (for now).
- halberds are using "halberdier" skill.
- removed whips.
- added spellstaves and spellbolts. You can get them as adventurer.
- there currently are web, fire and inferno spellbolts.
- gave adventurers ability to pick a starter set (archer/guardsman/battle wizard).
- added armored robes and plated hoods.
- added dunlending race.
- tweaked armor/clothing/weapons.
- ringwraiths, new necromancer type (create advanced world with 0 secret types to see them).
- added Phoebus version.
- graphical tiles for all civilized races.

After screwing around in the arena with some Dunadan Ringwraiths, this happened:

I can pick it up, but not wear it. Would it be possible for you to allow an adventurer to, by some means, get a Ringwraith's ring once it's been killed and put it on to become one ourselves in the future? Because that would be awesome.

Oh, I definitely plan to make it happen. I just need to add more DFHack modules for that, I just didn't have time for that yet :).

I've been testing - and learning - a little by making different races of man. So far I've gone and done Gondorians and Black Numenoreans. They're not the most exciting and different - I just used Dunadan as a base with few modifications - but they get the job done.

They'll probably be for my personal use unless you'd like to look them over Deon.

I did not want to make nation-specific men because df already creates multiple civs of the same race, and some of them can be led by balrogs etc. I also didn't want to go after specific age, it's an alternative history we are after here. It's always hard to make LOTR mod for other games where you try to stick to canon for me, I cannot decide which age I want. Thankfully DF nullifies this problem.

The age doesn't really matter. I myself just wanted to play a Man of Gondor and thought "I've done some weapon modding in the past - how hard can it be for civs?", and since black numenoreans are essentially "evil" dunedain it was simply a matter of adjusting culture and looks.
It is hard to create nation-specific civs, but it does add to the flavour of the mod; especially since each man race is culturally different to each other. As I said; I was testing to see how it'd work out, and I wanted to play a Gondorian.

Certainly have to be Gondorian of  Twilight Sparkles of Creation; however the Gondorians of Nation of Omens are more advanced yet are quite small. Perhaps that's due to their warlike nature...
