Health: Lose all and you die, baring some magical items, but only you are holding them at the time. Recover over time, faster when sleeping.
Stamina: The easiest 'mana' to recovered, but the weakest. Food, time, sleeping all help recovered this.
Mana: The middle ground one. Time is the only(barring mana pot and ect) way to recover this, but depend on the magic field of area, low=long time, high=short time.
Power: The hardest to recovered, but strong. charging in build up areas is the only way, but to do get a very small recovered from the sun and some ruins may have battery packs to recharge.
Shadows: Uses build up number of shadows, but can recover very fast. Without passives and perks, it 2 shadows to 1 failure.
Backfire: Mistake happen. after battle, make sure to sort and clean your workspace.
