Why not use something like quicktopic.com to create personal chats for both teams? Hassleless and ensures secrecy.))

1: Don't-look-into-spoilers is more like an unspoken rule of gentlemancy than anti-cheat measure. People is gonna die anyways.
2: Well, if they feel like it, they can add names at start.
3: Not gonna change rules just to cater for 1 person's need :P
