To get to the kitchen go into the room with the hole in the wall and the machine with the mom goo, then from there go aft.

You just have to find the door.

No, you can't do "enter door" or anything like that. It just doesn't understand that.

The door was open when I first went to the room with the wires and stuff. IT said "There's a hole in the wall there that you're sure leads to the Kitchen" or soemthing like that.

Yeah, but there's no obvious command to actually go in. "Enter kitchen" didn't work. Neither did "enter door", "use door" or anything obvious like that.

Like I said before, just "aft" works. So does "Go aft" IIRC.

I thought outside the box and now believe this is the most important game ever made.
It really, really is. It's so... Surreal. Artistic. Magnificent.

After the third time the bugporn warehouse burned down or was spoiled by rain, I gave up on the whole idea of legitimately growing the economy.

Fairly certain the bread recipe section is a red herring. It's entirely possible to skip it, you don't need to enter the kitchen to complete that section.

There's a clue that says [This is the "out of order" note included in your game package.] when you look at the note on the machine. This is a reference to the days when you could easily pirate a game on a floppy disc like Zork or Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Game makers would put a note or clue about some section of the game in the game manual or box that the game was sold with to prevent you progressing past a certain point in the game unless you knew the clue. I think the bread section is an homage to that.

Hm. Can't seem to do anything with the kitchen or the door, so I can't enter the kitchen.

Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.
