Date of Bir- Wait, why are you asking us for both an age and a DOB if we've already established it's set in "Modern Day" New York? I guess you just mean birthday. Uh, okay. 7th of June.

Traits: Police Pedigree,
overly curious easily bored/distracted ((I might leave this up to you.))
Bio: Born into a family with a strong police tradition, Eddie is the son of the former Chief of the NYPD, who now lives a quiet life playing golf out in the country. Eddie, having seen his father's career (along with his mental health) crumble during a particularly trying series of cases, grew disillusioned with the idea of following him into the force.
Eddie was seventeen when his father retired, and promised himself he would never put himself through such an ordeal. Ed figured he could take up mechanics, or history, or maybe just sell used cars-
anything but the police force.
Still, the pressure from his family to join the law enforcement was immense, and eventually Eddie decided to compromise, buying an office (with help from Dad, naturally) and going into business as a PI.
So far, he's performed unspectacularly, his few cases mainly pulled in by his father's status as an important citizen.
He has little patience for paperwork and buerocracy, despises the suspicious spouses who provide most of his work, and overall wishes he could do something else.
He is missing two fingers from his right hand after an unfortunate childhood incident with a lawnmower.
