It's implied that it's only justifiable for the Nagas to be wiped out on basis of their Patrons raping other Nagas if I can go out and butcher every last human out there, including you, me, and the families of each.

Again, not that different than some human cultures. Actually better than a few. But this is the world we're presented with, and more importantly we're looking at it from the perspective of a Naga. Thus, to be properly IC we can't wipe out our own species on the basis of hating our own cultural practices because those are OUR cultural practices that we don't really see anything wrong with. To do otherwise would be OOC.
And that is very bad.

I like how, a dozen posts after the update, not one person has even mentioned it. Well, no. That's a lie. I don't like it at all and I think you all are poopyheads for going off on this tangent.
Our god, Graois, is a chaos god. So he'd probably think it was hilarious if we chose Calathes or Rawlanda. But that's not what's best for us. We need a matron who's independent enough that we don't have to babysit her (so, not 7-year-old-mentality Calathes) but not so independent that she'll go on a wild bender, pass out drunk, get captured and end up getting us killed on a rescue mission (so, not Rawlanda). But we don't need the absolute finest Maidens, since Graois is going to bless them anyways and that will make them pretty exceptional regardless of what they were like before.

So, here's my idea. Offer Steven a place as head of the College for one of his best mages if he'll let us have Mellow and Chloe instead of Calathes and Rawlanda. Don't ask him for anything else. Go to Tito for it, say that we need people for the pilgrimage and that anyone who's willing to come will have a place in the new family.
