Make a tiny SCP-914.
Distribute 1 point into Discovery, and 2 points into Creation.
Why work on maintaining our inventions longer when we can take them apart and build a better version?
...in what?
Elektrisity's one point goes into Discovery, since that is the only subject able to invest points into the latter. The remaining distributed points points must therefore be those of Clockwork.
That's what I thought, but I just wanted to make sure.
You don't know what an SCP is, and you don't have enough skill to make that! You do distribute 1 skill point into ELEKTRISITY:DISCOVER and two points into CLOCKWORK:CREATION.

James leaves, and you take inventory of your workshop. You have THREE (3) quantities of ASSORTED CLOCKWORK PARTS; involving chains, gears, springs, and axles. You have ONE (1) clockworkbench; despite it's name, it possesses no clockwork qualities. You aim to, though, and you could do it any time soon. You just need to make up your mind about what to add... You also have TWO (2) quantities of ASSORTED ELEKTRISITY COMPONENTS; lightbulbs, wires, batteries...
