You feel very tired.  You think you may be anemic.  Considering the window was open, you are wary of an intruder.  You enter the kitchen to pour yourself some cereal.  Food might solve the problem.

You are not very hungry, but you eat the cereal anyways.  For whatever reason you begin to reminisce abou your childhood neighborhood and your previous life.
