Yeah. The problem is I have 3 different suggestions, all with one vote. There's been no discussion on the matter, and I can't update unless I know which subset of these actions you want to do.
If I can't get any more actions, I'll just roll a die to see what you do, probably in no more than a couple hours.
Um...I suspect that the lack if discussion is because no one disagrees with any actions or sees why they're...that word I can't remember. The one which means you can't do both...

Go around your followers, and ask them if there is anything else you can do right now.

Also, we should tell our followers to erect a shrine made of Dark Wood, with pictures of umbral cattle on it, and healthy plants.
Sound like a good design?

Update incoming. I think the problem is the lack of things to do here, so I'm going to just skip ahead until the point I have lined up for interesting stuff to happen.

As the sun begins to approach its final reunion with the horizon, you cast your gaze over your new worshippers and take stock of the situation. You have been making good progress on converting the village, and you estimate if you can create more Umbral Cattle tomorrow, that should be enough to convert the rest of the people. Satisfied with the work, you streak down to the carpenter's workshop. Greetings, carpenter. I have need of your services. What is your name? He looks up from his work, startled. Oh! Me, lord? People around here call me Anders. What is it you wanted to ask about? Hello, Anders. As protector of this village, I will need a place for my followers to go to pray. I ask about your darkest wood, for building the frame of the temple. We have some rosewood in the back, but dark wood is simply a rare occurrence. I would recommend checking in with Wallace the craftsman, though. I believe he has a stock of obsidian.Very well, Anders. Is there anything I should be notified of?color=orange]Well, the people are still uneasy over the tragedy, and we're not sure what to make of what happened earlier, but no one doubts that things are changing. Ericus is looking for you, though. You move your consciousness over to the edge of town, where Ericus is wandering.Greetings, Ericus. I heard you were looking for me. He turns his head towards your presence. I wanted to ask you about what happened today. Rebirth is not something to take lightly, and I see so much more now. You are a servant of Life now. You are my prophet. Embrace what you do not understand. Train ceaselessly. I will need you to be strong for the future.Yes, Lorimre. I go to explore the night.

Having talked with Ericus, you drift into the divine trance all gods go into to maintain their connection with the cosmos. Your consciousness wanders away from Lar and into the Astral Plane. You drift among the unbridled streams of cosmic energy, not bound by the laws of the mortal plane. You drift into a memory, a piece of knowledge that has drifted here from the Ethereal Plane. You feel a cold rush as you pass through the flowing ribbon of knowledge.A...in the Northeast of Fael? Very well. Contact Ar... tell him to dispose of him. I... contending with the plans of the master. You drift out of the memory and resume drifting. Soon you begin to drift back to the Material Plane. You awaken to find the sun rising, and feel a new wash of power coming in from your worshippers. Before you can do anything you notice a presence moving towards you.
Hello, my new neighbor. You appear to have defiled my shrine and stolen my new converts. I'd rather like them back.
Spoiler: status (click to show/hide)
How is the new color? It desn't show up on some browsers, but how do you guys like it?

Apologise for doing so, but as you have no followers apart from these, ask permission to keep them in return for something you can offer (trade goods, or a boon, maybe).

(You don't have any trade goods. This would be Marus, by the way, in case you didn't guess.)

(FUUUUTUUUURE trade goods, then. Ask him if he is in need of supplies that you could use your magic to create ((as long as you could get it from a magically-enhanced animal, of course)).)

Apologize for doing so, and tell him that you are new to this world and thus ignorant of the status quo.
Tell him that you merely saw some mortals in trouble and helped them, as any decent individual would.  Ask if he wouldn't mind if we kept them, and inquire as to if we could do anything different in order to recuperate his loss.  Also seek out an alliance.

Too bad they don't feel the same for you. Your oppression of these people shall last no longer!

Decent conversation.

Veto. Veto. Veto. We need to play nice with this guy.

Yes, help the guy who insisted on killing dehydrating people to death, and wilting all of their crops so they starve.
And he only accepts their blood sacrifices as a source of drink, and irrigation.
The guy willing to kill other gods for his need of worshippers. The most likely not to share.

And you guys are suggesting an alliance with the guy?

Yes. Because we have one village. A village that isn't even completely ours yet. If this guy wanted, he could completely slaughter us. We need to play nice for awhile. Once we get some power, stab him in the back for his crimes.

Have you seen those reptilian Umbral cattle? Use them as war beasts(The males). And squash his scouting parties/test army.

On the other hand, he could just as easily backstab us, because why would he want to share? Especially with a starter weakling God.

He doesn't seem like the kind of God who would be nice to anyone, but himself.

That doesn't mean we should antagonize him.
