DF doesn't mold players into its image - DF merely selects those who were always ready for DF.

Minecraft UI is very simple. There's only so many ways you can implement "simple" without copying something. We also gonna complain that it uses WASD?

Hey, I'm in the same boat, none of my friends seem interested. I'm timferius on origin, what server is everyone on?

That's me.

Do we actually have a B12 exclusive region running yet?

Not yet, but I could easily start one and send out private invites.
I personally favour the Horizon Archipelago map (11 cities, 3 great works. The only map I've seen to have Wind 3 rating on any map) and any of the US servers. If more people sign up though, we'd definitely want to use a bigger map.

Let me know!

...also, how do I add people in-game?

EDIT: I have a private game running on West 2, I can invite to that.

I'm down.  I have only been playing privately which feels limiting...

Awesome, I'll try to pop on for a little after work tonight, get a city up and running. Fair warning I'm not good at the game yet.

I am at work, but either Jocan2003 or FoolsFolly should be able to invite you, whenever they are on.
Once more, North America West 2.

Well, the realm is still alive. Myself and Jocan ran into some bugs and issues, but I think both of us recovered. Silly game...

Postal and Timferius joined us, but you guys are uphill so I can't interact with you directly :( May start a second city near you, though!

------

Been reading the reddit, and I shouldn't have. It's depressing. I do hope MAXIS get their act together and clean up the mess. The engine isn't quite what I hoped it would be, but it's workable. The game is fun, just incomplete.
