Didn't play it but i'd watch out and check youtube videos and the like before i buy since it might be anything between Farm Simulator and Garbage Truck Simulator in terms of quality.

The reviews are almost perfectly divided. Those games are known for graphical and physics glitches and bugs but for $3 and to support our good friend AlexPoysky who works for them, I say why not. If you can't find $3 worth of entertainment from it, let me know and I'll make it up to you.

After I added it to my cart I found I had more than the 2990 blue coins required left over from previous purchases so... free game. I grabbed it and will post what I think. :)

This is kind of relaxing. I like the way the dumptruck's bed hatch floats in the air and spins in circles.

Such a wide spectrum of quality.

The tutorial so far:

Drive around in a utility van placing dynamite in the dirt. Drive to safety (which is 20 meters away) and detonate. Use front loader to pick up dirt clots and load them into a dumptruck. Back dump truck up to dumping area and drop dirt off. Run into sign and have dumptruck 'status' drop from green to red. Drive utility van over to dump truck to repair. Run into dumptruck by mistake due to bouncing 2ft in the air over a traffic cone, causing dumptruck to go from red to angry red flashing. Repair dumptruck.

Working on getting the rest of the dirt. Fun so far for a cheapie game.

Finished the tutorial.

Finished dumping the dirt, now it says to do the final blasting. I drive the van out and place 2 more dynamite. When it detonates this time it magically reveals a tunnel boring machine.

Now I need to use the crane to stack (one at a time!) concrete plates onto a train to take down to the tunnel bore.

Once thats done, I activate the tunnel bore and set the speed. Now I am digging.

And then I finished the tunnel.

Yay! One hour of free entertainment.

I was amused that I could drive around in the tunnel with the other vehicles.

I played the whole way through Road Construction Simulator once. (In case you played part of it and were wondering what features there were, they don't add any after you pave roads. There is a city environment, where you can see some moving cars, but if you manage to get into the side of the highway they're on you just fall through the ground)

Not terribly interested in playing another one of these.

From what I can see, every scenario is just... the same thing. In fact I don't see where the mining bit comes in, as this is just tunneling with a tunnel bore which you have to supply with fuel and concrete.
