Bay12 propaganda appreciation: North Korea edition
« on: March 10, 2013, 11:14:44 am »

Propaganda:
noun
1 [mass noun] information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote a political cause or point of view.
- Oxford English Dictionary.

Throughout civilization dating back to the first days when the art of rhetoric was being inspired, people have known the value of information. This thread is an aim to encourage the exposure, deconstruction and education of Bay12 and internet of propaganda in a humourous manner.

Rules:
  • In general, politics discussions go into their respective threads, this is about propaganda.
  • It is good practice to enter this thread holding no notion of nationality, propaganda has a nature to offend.
  • Normal board rules apply.

And to start this off since it's a current topic what with 1.2 million North Korean soldiers loitering on the DMZ, I think it'd be fitting to have a North Korean edition.

North Korean news report on America's homeless.

And without further adieu, get back to work.

That video is just hilarious.

"There are no birds, they have been eaten by the people that live in these tents and corridors."

Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.

I find it quite peculiar they show respect to humanitarian organisations like the red cross. YUMMY

In case of video take down, full transcript of the North Korean news report of the American homeless:

"The poor, the cold, the lonely and the homosexual" ....

"which will be eaten on Tuesday. They are yummy." (the birds)

I find it quite peculiar they show respect to humanitarian organisations like the red cross. YUMMY
It's because the American Red Cross works with North Korean materials, and more importantly, North Korean coffee, made with hot water.

You obviously mean hot snow, of wich there is plenty in America.

"Again, there are no birds in the trees.  Except for these."
Why does he keep returning to the birds in the trees?

But yeah, it's fun to go on a binge spree of reading/watching North Korea propaganda.
