Do what I did on my first mountain-homes fort; copy a new version of it, load said new version, and abandon it to start a new one in the same world.(or destroy it, but you'll get miserable/insane migrant survivors next fort)
Or just make a new world.
Or dig into candy.
Heck, why not just dig out the whole mountain?
