Hmm.. how fast do we make things? I don't think we were told.
That's because I've never figured it out. Not very long, though.

Ask the gold robed man if it is a Auditor of Reality. If it is, try and make it use a personal pronoun in reference to itself, that will do it in! Also, fix the floor, and make a spear with a hooked end out of the crowbar and the ceramic blade.

We should definitely take the blade; we currently have no weapon. Also, from what Figura described, Curio would seem to be capable of combat. I think we should try talking with the golden statue thing (Also find a name for it- Watcher?), and if hostile engage it in combat, as well as letting Curio get involved somewhat. Ask it what it is doing here and if it remembers anything about its origin, as this could give clues to what we did, and what we could expect to find.

EDIT: Skilled Alterer? So I guess we are the ones creating stuff in our sleep (not that it was any contest as to who was doing it)
While the conclusion is otherwise valid, you've been a Skilled Alterer ever since you tried to alter an item instead of making a whole new one.

Ask the gold robed man if it is a Auditor of Reality.
The one that was destroyed and whose statue is gone, or the thing in Hell?

We should definitely take the blade
It's a blade, basically like a smallish sword without a hilt.

Regardless, it's better than punching things to death.

Unless you can't wield the blade without cutting your own hand.

So wrap a cloth around a blade before committing violent acts of violence with it.

Why not alter the blade to be less dangerous? Give it a hilt or something? We're a skilled Alterer, after all.

We should also investigate the Void. Is it expanding, or shrinking? How does gravity behave inside it? Could we enchant a small item to communicate with us telepathically about the environment it is in, and throw it down the Void?

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

You could.

The Void is there. You can't tell how far it goes, or if it even goes, so there's no way to tell if it's expanding or shrinking. Given that time you vomited into the void and the current vomitfall, you think you can assume that there's gravity.

Hypothetically.

Why does nobody think of the idea of Putting the blade on the end of the crowbar?
Also, yes, I think the thing in hell is a Auditor of Reality. Get it to say a personal pronoun in reference to itself to kill it easily.

If it is easier for us to make a spear from the blade and the crowbar, I am up for this.
Alteration (changing items instead of making new ones) is easier than making new items, in that it gives a bonus to the roll. The bonus varies depending on how similar the reagent is to the intended product, from +1 for turning metal dust into a spoon of the same metal to +10 or +15 or something for making a sword slightly sharper.
