I really doubt Paradox would be the ones behind this. The kickstarter wasn't really showing much at all, and Paradox is likely wary of the hit to their reputation after Gettysburg Armoured Warfare, SOTS2, Naval War Arctic Circle, and the dead before it was out of the gate Magna Mundi.

There where some comments that this was a scam or something, because some people were not pleased with the kickstarter and updates, even started removing their money they put in it
