This project really needs better marketing... Still waiting for a proper introductory video to be added. If they really do offer what's missing from SimCity, they are not doing a good job conveying it to potential backers.

No it hasn't.  Their Kickstarter was canned due to the fact that they procured private funding for the game.  Big difference.

Yeah, I heard about that. Interesting choice.

Well, hopefully it'll all work out and we'll get an interesting city game out of it.


As for EA funding them, I can't really see that happening.

Paradox are a publisher, they fund many games that aren't their own.  Besides, CK2 must have brought them in a fair chunk of cash.
