[That brings about the problem of having to touch one though. A meteor. On fire. Touch it with your hand. Which is flesh. It leads to rather bad things, unless you could control heat itself but in which case why not call yourself a thermokinetic and why bother with touching fire at all?]

Shoot whoever has the lowest health.

Crossbows require reload after each shot.

Game II- Round 4: Ned Ludd - Original Gangster

Ed Mundy Jr. fires another arrow at Chell Lionmane. (4 vs. 2) Another poisonous arrow hits her in the stomach! (-4 HP, 1 more turn of poison) With the successful hit, Ed Mundy sprints to Supply Box #4, and opens it up. (5) He pulls open the straps and gets his hand on a Smoke Bomb! (Offers an extra free action in a turn. If the bomb successfully hits, the target gets a -1 to attack the following turn.)

John Steinbeck cranks the crossbow down as he puts another bolt into the device. He brushes up on the tree again, looking through the scope in hopes of finding a new target.

Hoyt Foreman goes into a toothy grin. "Oooh, big man thinkin' he can figh' me 'and to 'and now, does he? Good sho', got some more fight in yah!" He laughs and picks his weapon up. "I'll sho' you haw' to do eet'!" With a new vigor, he takes the hammer and swings once more at Oneshot. (4 vs. 2) The hammer bludgeons straight into Oneshot's stomach, knocking the wind out of him. (-4 HP; Winded: -1 to defense for 1 Turn)

Chell Lionmane gasps as she is shot again, which seems to be happening to her a lot more than she inspected. She ran back through the trees, out of the fight. She grimaces as she pulls the arrow out of her, and notices a purple substance on the tip. (-1 HP) Feeling herself getting weaker, she attends to her wounds. (2) She's done basic first aid before, but these expert marksman shots are more complicated than anything she'd dealt with.

TX-100 Targeting Computer turned away from it's last victim, whereupon it located Oneshot, a crippled individual who was being thrashed about by a larger, muscular man. "PRAGMATISM MODULE ACTIVATED. DISPOSING OF TARGET." TX's whirring Hunting Rifle attachment came to life as it found it's mark on Oneshot. (6+2+3+Holyfuckthisisthelasttimeimlettingacharacterlikethisintomygame vs. 3-1) Oneshot stood weakly to face Hoyt Foreman. Though it would have been wise to have went somewhere else, as out of nowhere his head made a cameo in the Scanners movie. Needless to say, Hoyt wouldn't have to worry about him anymore.
TX-100 Targeting Computer has slain Oneshot!
It gains 10 Points!

Right after this event, Fancy McMonocle jumped behind the TX-100. "You kill stealer! How dareth you taketh those awayeth that are not youreth!" Fancy takes out his trusty sword and assumes a duelist fencing position. "Have at you vile machine! EN GUARDE!" Fancy thrusts at the computer, (5+1 vs. 1+1) McMonocle gives TX a few showy cuts on it's outer layer, before jamming his blade straight through the computer, thrusting right into it's CPU! (-14 HP) Fancy pulls his blade out as the machine fizzles and starts overheating. "Long Live Ned Ludd!"

Stretch stretches out into a large, flexible mass of gooey solid material that wraps around Beautiful Man. (2) Despite Stretch's elasticity, Beautiful Man's agility gets him to jump out of the way, preventing him from being ensnared. This doesn't stop Stretch, he launches into a double knife slash at the shield man. (3 vs. 2+1+1) (2 vs. 5+1) BM deflects the first blow, which knocks Stretch off balance, making the second attack miss by far. (3-1 vs. 1) (3-1 vs. 3) Beautiful Man lays the smackdown on Stretch, though he can't really find a solid place to hit on his putty body. (-1 HP)

Beautiful Man doesn't relent and keeps swinging at Stretch. (6-1 vs. 5) In a fit of rage, he issues a war cry and kicks Stretch, who slams into a tree as single splat! Except this doesn't hurt him at all, being goo and everything.

The ground begins to shake, the birds fly out of the trees and the land animals flee from the source. Something is coming from an unseen part of the arena.....

Stay hidden. Perhaps try to find a better hiding spot.

See if I can find a plant to act as an antidote to this poison.
