I know Putnam gave your answer to the specific question, but also generally : You can't make up tokens.  Rule of thumb, if you haven't seen the token in a working raw file or on the wiki, it doesn't exist.  The list of tokens on the wiki is comprehensive. In this case you were asking about "Entity tokens"

What happens if you add in both? :P

Try it!  My guess is the second one overwrites the first, but dunno.

if I add a new race, can it refer to the same tissues and stuff as the older race?

So what makes goblins inherently hostile? Is it a token in their creature raws or the entity raw for their civilization?

[BABYSNATCHERS] are always hostile with all non-babysnatchers, and vice versa.  This kind of hostility is a red line "------" on the embark screen. 

Ethics can cause war to occassionally break out between two races which are both Babysnatchers, or which are both non-Babysnatchers.  This kind of conflict is a "WAR" on the embark screen. 

If a civ can't communicate (like the civs in Fortress Defense mod) they are hostile to both snatchers and non.
