Edmund McMillen is one of those guys who isn't afraid to make some wacky, crazy, distinctive and fun things, and those things just so happen to be some awesome games.

Is the game based in America though? I'm guessing the developers are American so the game will take place either in the US or some fantasy place. Either way, cats usually aren't eaten in most of the western world.

Exactly. That's why you have to import other meats, if you run a meat shop. People get suspicious if you only sell small cuts of beef.

Well, the scandal of horse meat was because they sold horse meat advertised as beef. Horse is already commonly eaten, there's nothing wrong with it (when it's advertised as horse).

The only issue I see with cat butchery is that it isn't rentable. Cats are small, not everything is edible, etc. On the other hand, you can get nice furs.
Thinking about it, it may be interesting to do hallal or kosher cats.

I'm actually studying genetics as part of my degree right now. I really hope this comes out soon while the knowledge of how to potentially abuse inherited genes is still fresh in my mind
