Expert training gives boost to some of your stats.

Especially the important ones like gunner accuracy, gunner spread, reload speed, etc.

On a side note, gunner training doesn't affect your gunners if you're using manual control.

And I think it's better if you leave gunner's precision low. Precision reduces bullet spread, and it's better to have a wide spread rather than a narrow one, because I'm pretty sure the gunner's targeting algorithm is flawed. (Only a first order extrapolation, and not a very good one at that.)

TBH now i just train all stats on all planes. It's faster to get to expert training.

Besides, even though I tend to use 3 first slots for fighters and 2 slots for bombers... I dunno how I will be in when i'll be done with tier III planes acquired... 2 FW's, 2 Me410's, and maybe a dornier bomber or a duck ?

Didn't play the last three missions because I didn't have any of the required planes and had no intention to grind to T3 within a day. So today comes around one I can do. And it needs me to use Jap planes to get 10 kills.

Nope, fuck this, the premium plane is not worth it.

It's really not that bad compared to some of the other ones. I'd personally just grab the Ki-10 reserves and do that. Although it's always tough to find japanese planes to kill for the other half of the mission. I hadn't had to grind for any of them, except the Pe-2, so far. And I've already finished my 10 sets to get both planes. And that's even having missed the first three days because I'd figured I"d never do them all.

I tried, but those peashooters are fucking useless, especially when the MM decides that you'd have no problem facing T1 planes which outrun you, outgun you and generally outeverything you. I played one match with them today and managed one kill and three assists I think, not willing to suffer trough that shit only to find out that the next two missions are impossible.

If you're using biplanes, you have a massive advantage in turning low to the ground. Bait them into a dogfight and it doesn't matter how much better their planes are in any other way when you're staying behind them and slowly chewing their plane up.

Lol yeah now with 1.37 now the grind to get out of these reserves is annoying.

What nation are you flying mainly ? If it's Germany (which is incidentally the best nation) I can help you.

That's merely the effect of the rebalanced tiering system.

Not that it matters though, the game is pretty much death in Tier III, due to a slight unbalance in a bomber at said tier. (The Yer bomber has a ridicously big payload, and pretty good agility. 4 Yer's can bring down the airfield in 1 bombing run, ending the game pretty much immediately. Now, since games tended to end quickly, more and more people started playing Yer's, and wel..)

I don't think Germany is really the best nation. I mean USA's got strong late bombers and late jets, CCCP's got a crapton of OP T1 and T2 planes, Japanese planes turn best in the game, and the Brits got some nice T2 fighters and tough bombers. Really the only thing I like about Germany is it's dive bombers and cannon fighters, but every faction has the latter at some point, and the former can be easily owned as they recover from the dive.

I'm not jumping on you, I just don't think Germany's the best ;)
