ColossusFortress 2; Adamantine Colossuses
« on: February 24, 2013, 09:53:35 am »

Since I forgot about ColossusFortress and then it epicly failed due to an early
FB,
I'm going to do it again.
This is going to be a bit different from a succession fort...
1. The mod is pre-installed with the save.
2. You have a legendary militia commander.
3. You are allowed to use Dwarf Therapist.
4. Everyone does their turn at the same time, then does frequent (at least 1 a week) updates.
5. People who own colossuses can suggest things for the colossuses to do. Like...                 (Insertpersonhere) suggests that (unnamed) catches a nearby Fluffy Wambler!)
Warnings:
1. The mod is very buggy.
2. Adamantine dragons may burn your fortress down.
3. The colossus civ act like dwarfs.
4. Some colossuses (including our legendary commander) are injured. They need crutches.

Colossuses:
Igthamud (Scrapethunder) (Legendary +5 Fighter, Legendary +2 Axedwarf) (Spy227X can suggest things for him to do) (Injured)
Several unnamed (BUGGY mod) (Some Recruits Injured) (Open)
Niwora Touchpalace (Open)
Akusm Postvessel (Open)
Kunda Bridgegate (Open)
Rendari Sackbird (Open)
Momnux Slaughtership (Open) (Slaughtership? Boatmurdered? Probably doomed.)

Is this freshwater or saltwater? Because alternatively you could breed a large amount of crocodiles and unleash them into the waters... indirect genocide.

Update: A Ghostly Axelord is haunting my fortress! They killed him for killing an INSANE...
WHy?
Also random elf killing mah hunting bats
RP: Scrapethunder: Bomrekostath, we meet again. I must defeat you.
Bomrekostath (Axelord): You are injured. I will kill you while I can.
*A while later*
Scrapethunder/Bomrekostath has been struck down.
(Equally powerful)
Not sure who will die

Apparently, ghosts can't die without a Fell Mood

WHy?

Because the INSANE... wasn't dangerous? Only berserk units can be killed without repercussions - they lose all civilisation allegiances and become hostile to everything. "Insane" units include 'melancholy' and 'stark raving mad' people, who remain members of their civilisations and groups; they're only dangerous for themselves, and attacking them will invoke the wrath of their civ - which in the case of dwarfs (notably dwarven merchants) is usually your own.

Seems like they don't get THAT angry for killing a merchant...
Thanks [NO_EMOTION].
