You are collectively slapped in the face, winded and shaken, guns to your head. You can see a vague city in the background, but you are preoccupied by the manticore bound down by cyclopses. They were all armed with an assortment of modern weaponry, and many disparate items you are completely unfamiliar with. They are wearing plate, with a mixture of awkwardness and pride. Every one is emblazoned with insignia, showing brown shields, faded and smeared but with what might be a gleam. A gun cocks, and you are asked, clearly, to enter the van. There is a thrum from the gun, as if to give agreement.

Attack the Sharovipteryx when it fly close

The scythe rams into it's neck, killing it instantly. The feather coils around a grass, a memory which is instantly scourged as a cyclops crushes it in his fist, the grime thickening on his chests insignia. You are thrown in for your troubles, your scythe taken to the armored convoy with the rest.
