My handwriting is unreadable by almost everyone. I have to spend an extra effort to make it readable but it takes too much time. I think you shouldn't worry about it too much. Everything is done on PCs. Age of romanticism is over.

Unless I'm really paying attention to what I'm doing, my writing ends up like a skritchy, pointy cursive that is impossible for others to read.

Funny thing, though, I used to write very clear letters, but so tiny that my teachers demanded I write bigger.

Same here. My handwriting gets exponentially worse the bigger I write. Sadly nowadays I cant even write small letters decently.

I do have something else thats interesting with my writing. Namely I have a tendency to write the wrong letter constantly, which I then instantly notice and correct. Wouldn't be very weird if it was just a typo, but most of the time I correct it before I even notice. Used to be a bit of a problem, but I seem to have assimilated it into the general flow of writing, rather than...you know, not making the mistake in the first place.

EDIT: And I just remembered something more interesting. My handwriting is better if I write backwards(as in flipped, not just regular written right to left). I learned to write backwards cause I was bored in class but thats irrevelant, what matters is that all the letters are evenly spaced and on the same level, and all of them exceptionally clear. Im guessing it might be the fact that I'm a leftie, and the hand moves in the correct direction if I write backwards, but its still sorta freaky.

To pile on, I have atrocious handwriting. Not because I can't write better, but because it's unimportant.

I've been told to write bigger, the problem is I was told to conserve resources in school too, so I used to be writing all my hand written papers that were maybe a few lines for English questions for homework had about 5 to 6 lines of text between the lines of college ruled paper. Now I still do it just for fun for any of my notes for just ideas so no one can read them unless they use magnification. All of that was in cursive.

I also was told in my 10th grade American History class to stop writing the in class papers in cursive because almost no one can read them. The comments were its the best writing I cant read.

Part of the reason at cursive is I practiced when I started to learn to write cursive at 3rd grade and did it till 7th. The other is just natural talent. So at least make your hand writing readable or become a doctor.

That's technically an action, not a speech... Well it was only a matter of time before I had to write another scene of utter and horrifying perversion.
