Well, looks like we have a deadlock on the votes. So tell me, candidates, what can you offer me in return for my vote?

As of now, scapheap is the majority leader with 3/4 votes. Unless someone changes votes before Taricus votes, he'll take the Regency. If nothing has changed in ~30 minutes, I'll go ahead and process the turn because I'm going to a play a bit later and don't want to leave you hanging with nothing to do.

Also, if any of you want to place your Keeps this turn, let me know.

I want to change my offer a bit.

13, 20, 23, 25 in exchange for 45, 48, 50, and 51

@scapheap
-snip-

I will put my keep at 20.

He will though and you've already said that pre-game trades happen instantly.

Though i suppose we could wiat if you'd prefer.

Territory transfers occur during the third portion of the turn. In other words, they don't take effect until the next turn. In the same sense that you won't be able to use the armies that will be generated in a given turn until the next turn, because army production occurs after combat and movement.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

What I was saying here:
((I'll go ahead and allow trading multiple provinces in the pre-game as it will be a bit faster than randomizing the map again. Any trades that have been agreed upon by the time I finish processing the pre-game turn will go through.))

Is that ya'll can trade more than one province in the pre-game, as opposed to a line that I apparently forgot to save into my first draft of the rules, "Each player may only trade one province per turn.", as it would be simpler than regenerating the map and would be a bit more involving. Sorry for any confusion.  :-[
