Badly needed weapon: RPG

Or some kind of anti-tank weapon, maybe a ghetto one like those sold Soviet RPG-7s and also some more modern anti-tank infantry weapon.  With the ability to use them on people, splattering everyone with a cheerfully gory red paste.  While I'm at it how abut the ability to pick up severed limbs and use them as weapons?

This would be great for escaping people in cars! Turning people into red paste is always fun!

But if you wanted to be realistic, firing it in regular combat would need some chance that you would be caught in the explosion.

Oh yes, RPGs aren't exactly best for killing conservatives in a tight corridor.. I'm going to assume this would be like the M249 and be only in shops with C+ gun laws or from the military base?
