Which one? There are many 'syndicates' in Bay/Urist lore. A balloon company could call itself 'the syndicate' if it wanted. The balloon could be a loan and as such still belongs to the company. Someone could have a nickname 'the syndicate' and label their balloons as such. A secret club called 'the syndicate' could have balloons at their meetings.

Just my two cents but I think it's worth letting syndie balloon holders be recognized as syndies, even if it doesn't make much sense, due to the nature of the item. I mean, the whole point is blowing all your TC on an item that does nothing but point out that you're a syndie. It's kind of a challenge mode imo. But what do I know, I'm a deadmin :v

I dunno, it just says "the Syndicate". I didn't say it should be an automatic oh hey a traitor alarm, but still.
And yes, I really am going to read the tag on the back of a floating, moving balloon from meters away, because that's how the game is programmed. There's only so much you can do to limit mechanics for the sake of RP.
