It's not going to lead to the server becoming non RP any more than not adding it will progress it to "permabanned for throwing pie as the clown". I really don't see what you're worried about, since SS13 has had silly references and jokes since it was OpenSS13.

What's with some RPers and wanting the game to be devoid of humour and colour, anyway? I'm not trying to mean this as an insult at all, it's just that I've noticed this attitude in several servers and I'm not sure I see the point of it. I'm especially curious, since I used to play on Bay, and there was a very clear divide (with added conflict!) between admins who would ban you for going into the maint tunnels to replace lights and admins who didn't care what you did as long as you role played.

 Theres humor and color, and then theres stuff that just detracts from the game. An example being, well, shit, or exceptionally over powered things, things that break the established lore(which at this point for us mostly means the stuff listed in the rules(AKA, spacewizards are myths, cults are unknown and hard to believe, xenomorphs not yet found, etc.) due to the lack of a clearly linked central dump of lore), and stuff like HONK mechs and our lovely furry catpeople that got nuked to hell and then some.
