Well, it's down to a mapper to add those, but they *are* useless, read the PR carefully: those limbs do give you a xeno unarmed attack, if applicable, but at the same time you need constant immunosuppression or they will literally murder you.

It's pretty much a tool for MAD SCIENCE! rather than a legitimate medical procedure, similar to the planned xenotransplants.

You need to keep them on ice or they will rot, and there is possibility of serological conflict still.

Sure, replacing them is an option now, but what for? Eh, except if you want differently-pigmented arms or something.
