First off, congrats to Werty892 on becoming our newest Mentor!
Now, some good news and some bad(ish) news. Let's start with the good, go to the bad and go back to the good.
Good news is the test is on, tomorrow night at 8PM EST. Most of the feedback has been addressed, and things should run smoother.
Bad news is that the release is being bumped to next Saturday for a few different reasons. One is to coincide with a massive general update set for then, along with Saturday being a better day for pop, as well as falling on the Victoria Day long weekend. Also, that gives more more time to work out bugs with the new AI, and make up more maps to add more randomness to play. Finally though, Sunday is Mother's Day and I'm going to be taking my mom out for dinner and spending most of the day with her. I'd really like to make the first day of release, which I wouldn't if we went ahead with the Sunday release.
Anyways, enough justification. I've set up an update schedule running until the middle of June to keep people in the loop. This weekend is S-COM test obviously, but here are the others:
May 16/17 - S-COM Release, BS12 updates + others
23/24 - S-COM update + minor features
30/31 - First test of new gamemode (CM alike)
June 6/7 - Constructables update
June 13/14 - Second test of new gamemode/tentative release.
Keep in mind this is a general schedule and there may be more or less, but all of that will be done and in by mid June. Also, dates are subject to change, but again, the stuff here will be done by the weekend of the 20th/21st of June no matter what.
