We have the alt title that comes with different clothes, separating the jobs wouldn't really serve a huge purpose. However, I can change the title from Emergency Physician to Paramedic if people like?

I believe the thing is, Paramedics get maint access and the like, and since the slots are separate you cannot have an all-Paramedic Med crew.
