Flashes are so weird sometimes. One time when i was a wizard i spammed someone's flasher when they dropped it and it didn't burn out then they dropped another and that one didn't burn out either but the one time when I actually needed a working one it burned out on the second use.

It's a shame the only food-based thing you can do with facehuggers (Soft-shelled lobsters) is grill them, and you still can't eat them. No blending, no frying, no freezing, no using them as a pizza topping. Nada.

Granted it would burn a hole in your stomach eating them, but still. Makes you wonder how they'd taste.

Heist Mode, Or: Why Special Vox Are Best At Heisting

I wasn't there, but what a waste of a station and everyone in it. Those Vox are definitely "special needs," completely ignoring everything their parents taught them about the ways of the Vox. Pariahs.

That's a bit of an OOC moment. The Vox are supposed to scavenge and steal, not kill and destroy. That's what nuke ops are for.

To be fair, we did steal just about everything on station, including the contents of the vault. The featherboss leaves the skip for one minute and his crew start playing with the "egg" and set it off.

Hilarious fact of the day: many surgical tools have a ghetto replacement, sometimes obvious, like a lighter for a cautery, sometimes somewhat more arcane.

Bone gel, however, seems like an irreplacable tool, seeing as it's a, you know, GEL.

Turns out that you *CAN* ghetto boneset without it. Whoever came up with it is a Grandmaster of lateral thinking. Can you guess what it is?
