Real men perform surgeries while floating in space.

Real men perform surgery by resting and clicking on themselves just before they drop their items.

Men? I only play Skrell, I see no man in my playstyle. Also there is a ghetto surgery room, VERY hard to find without seeing it as a ghost or having meson scanners, or just looking around in the official map. As it has one of those walls that you have to push and it opens.

Nope. You need to put your brain in your MMI then into a cyborg shell.

I still wish Blueshields had access to shoulder holsters in their loadout.

You can cut your own brain out, though, right?

im pretty sure in tg you could do self surgery on self or at least you used to be able to. Im also pretty sure you have to be lying down on a table to do surgery so self surgery might not be a thing in baycode.

We just need an autoborging machine that take in bodies, MMI and cyborg shells and poop out finished cyborgs.

You could totally self-debrain on /tg/ but you couldn't stick yourself in an MMI.

We are doomed. It's just that whatever is going to kill us all just happens to be, from a scientific standpoint, pretty frickin' awesome.

So after looking at this, I have come up with some propositions to slightly reshuffle the job accesses to be more suited. I thought I'd run it by everyone first here.
For those who don't know, there are 2 levels of access for each job, minimal and regular. Minimal is for large servers, so we don't use it.

Changes:
Civillian (regular access): Remove QM access from cargo tech and miner (They don't need it - Currently all 3 jobs share exactly the same access anyway).
Science (regular access): Give R&D access to the roboticist so they can actually do research if there are no scientists around. Also, telescience, because nobody uses it anyway. Too much math. They actually already have toxins access. Also, science dorms, so they have a place to sleep.
Any other suggestions and/or thoughts?
Oh yeah, emergency technicians (alternate title for medical doctors) and the CMO now get medical access since this.
I might attempt to flesh out a couple of the alternate job titles a bit more like I did with journalists. Probably not with new/renamed items though, to save Glloyd and Nien the headaches/work.

Letting metatronic engies go down to the asteroid would be nice.

Also, if that door that leads to the science shuttle was made normal research, and if roboticists could get into the science dorms...
