Who is Victor?

Edit: Server is back up
Victor is the alternate universe version of Vector. In that universe, the server occasionally being up is a constant problem which is handled by Victor. Since our universes are linked, this is why we have constant downtimes and they have constant uptimes.

SUGGESTION:
Make labcoats colorable like jumpsuits are.
Of course, this would require a department for red labcoats and yellow labcoats.

I suggest:
Xenobio: Yellow
Xenoarch: Red

The other way around is fine as well.
