Am very sure, I remember there was a name the admins coined for it but it was never hosted again. Something on the lines of spooky/horror I think, but definitely not Fallout as I played all 3 of the rounds hosted.

Not really a welder, it was more of an invasion but with spookier mobs like Faithless and Space Worms.

Welder was just one guy going around attacking people with a welder, iirc.

Not always.

One included a skelli who attacked noone, another was a ghost with a fireaxe.

Late night rounds with admin shenanigans. I also have fond memories of games almost a year back when we still had old /tg/station. Axl Blyant was a guy, and Corai played Alina Koch.

Axl was so freaking robust. those were good times.

It seems that BS12 first removed genetics because...???, and now they removed Telescience.

What's the difference between Bay atmos and /tg/ atmos?
In TG atmosherics is tilebased(Each tile has its own properties, one tile can have 20% Toxins and the one bordering it can have 10% for example), in Bay its roombased(If there is plasma in the room, the entire room is covered in plasma).

Bay's atmos is also A LOT more dangerous than TG's. In TG, a breach is a nuisance at best. In Bay, its a maelstorm of death and destruction that kills everything in the room due to it sucking in everything making you slam into the ground, items and walls breaking your bones and eventually killing you.

Is the server still down? I can't connect, and when I looked into the BYOND page, it was on the list and said there were 13 players online.

But the piping and everything is the same? Does the room based atmos mean that a room with one scrubber does as well as a room with ten?

I think piping is generally the same. And I believe a room with ten scrubbers would be able to scrub air ten times as fast then a room with one scrubber.

Speaking of pipes though, does anyone know what the maximum level of difference in air pressure between pipe and outside pipe is for unscrewing a pipe from the floor?

The atmosphere by room can act weirdly. I've seen an intense plasma fire be stopped by an open airlock.

Similarly I've seen a room at about 40kPa and filled with plasma instantly flood the next room, which was at 101kPa. :(
