It dosent seem good to me, so no, that is not fixed.

The only questionable murder was the last one. Killing your target is fine since they are your target. Killing the Sec Officer was fine because they'd probably try to stop you anyways. Killing the two people who attacked you was fine since it's self defence. Killing the person who didn't attack you and merely asked questions? Not so much.

Of course I don't know the exact circumstances, but unless it was your fifth time doing that or something I'd probably just issue a warning or something. Again, I wasn't there that round, so take my word with a grain of salt.

I commented them out because they pop up every single round. That alarm sound is annoying enough as it is, and we prefer to just keep the server on secret.
