I'm Librarian, he comes by and says if I print porn he'll arrest me. Fair enough. He comes back later and DEMANDS porn. Makes it an order and says that if I don't give him porn he'll chuck me in the Brig. I give him porn, and he proceeds to beat me to death. Then when I get pissed off over OOC (understandbly) he mutes me.

EDIT: Turns out he had a legit reason. At least he could have made my death simple.

And yes, you can kill for disobeying direct orders under red alerts or delta alerts. Actually had that happen in a cult round over at TG. However, with only two security guards, and them useless...

Killing people for no raisin, even if they disobeyed a direct order is usually poor form. If you don't think they're an antag, then just brig them and demote them instead. You should really only kill them if by disobeying the order they put the station in immense danger, or they're constantly doing it and antagonizing you.

The alert level has been raised to Code Delta. The station's self destruct has been activated.

Red Alert forces the crew to obey security and the Heads without question but does not authorize execution on the spot if they do not comply. Code Delta, however...

All orders from Heads of Staff and Security must be followed, any disobedience is punishable by death.
All crew members are to evacuate if possible.
Suit sensors are to be turned fully on at all times.

As compared to Red Alert.

Security can raid departments and arrest any crew member deemed a threat to the station.
All crew members must remain in their departments.
Suit sensors are to be turned fully on at all times.
AI/Cyborgs may bolt down maintenance and airlocks leading to space.

But this is going off the ever outdated /tg/station's standard operating procedure page, so don't trust me on this.
